Eligibility Criteria
| · 2014 BE Graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology and Electronics and Communication Streams (60% marks in Engineering for Non Maharashtra College students and 55% pass marks in engineering for candidates from Colleges in Maharashtra) | |
Requisites
| · Good communication skills | |
| · Flexible to relocate to any of the locations if required | ||
| · Flexible to take up any technology that would be allocated to them | ||
| · Open to working in shifts as per business requirements | ||
Interview Process
| · AMCAT Test-> Panel Interview-> Versant Test | |
| · Candidates need to be willing to travel to Bangalore or Mangalore for the interview | ||
Salary Package
| · The candidate will be hired at Level 1 for 6 months at INR 120,000/- P.A. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects | |
| · Candidates will move to Level 2 after 6 months at INR 250,000/- P.A | ||
| · Candidates need to sign a 24 months Bond. In case of default, an amount of INR 1,00,000/- will be recovered. |
