Criteria  for Customer Support:

  • Fresher/Work experienced – Graduates from any stream
  • B.E./B.Techs can also apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in any one regional language (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam)

Criteria for Technical Support:

  • Fresher/Work experienced – Graduates from any stream
  • B.E./B.Techs can also apply 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in any one regional language (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam)
  • Knowledge on LAN, WAN, OS concepts. Familiar with N/W Topologies, IP Addresses & subnets.
Position: Customer Support Officer (Level 2) /Senior Customer Support Officer
(Level 3) - Voice (Customer Care/Technical support)

Location: Bangalore

Interview Date: 6th June, 2014 onwards |  Monday – Friday |  10:00 AM onwards

Venue: Mphasis, Bagmane WTC-4, 4th Floor, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Mahadevapura,| Bangalore | India 560 048
